All goods are for distribution to the UK Only with the exception of e books and download products. I do not deal with other methods of payment other than those stated. I do not ship goods to Nigeria, Sierra Leone or Russia or anywhere else outside the UK and I will never accept or send payment by bank transfer so please do not ask.
Digital Downloads
Once you have paid for this item it should be sent to you by email automatically. If for any reason you do not receive your item within 12 hours please let us know and we will send it to you manually.
Most problems with digital downloads involve spam filters, incorrect software programs or various 'unable to open file' messages or 'file is corrupt' issues which is almost always down to the recipients computer. Most items are sent second class by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Where weight and size makes Parcel Force (48 hrs) a cheaper alternative we will choose this option.

Some goods depending on value will be sent by Recorded or Special Delivery. You can always contact us and pay extra for this service if you require it.
DISCLAIMER & RETURNS POLICY
Please note that occassionally the Royal Mail deliver damaged goods or even lose goods entirely. If your purchase is of a value where you deem it worth paying extra and having your item sent by special delivery or insured courier we will be more than pleased to assist but we cannot be held responsible for any Royal Mail damages. Compensation should be sought from the Royal Mail wherever possible. In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty we will always replace them but we cannot be responsbible for any return postal charges.
